Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Administer and coordinate employee performance appraisal process to ensure timely and effective evaluations.
3. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
5. Coordinate and conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Handle employee relations matters and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
7. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
6. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
2. Experience in talent management, organizational development, or compensation and benefits.
