Where necessary, take messages or page employees. greet and direct visitors, ensuring everyone signs in and out of the facility for safeguarding purposes order office supplies and miscellaneous items (e.g., stationary, toners, PPE), ensuring these are well stocked for various departments/locations, providing the best price is obtained send outgoing mail, maintaining a log of this, and organize the use of courier services in line with business processes, ensuring the best price is obtained for services used (e.g., the delivery and receipt of cheques) submit expense reports for key personnel, ensuring expenses have been approved, payment made, and records filed correctly-( uploading expense receipts promptly) work closely with various departments and key stakeholders, ensuring a prompt support service is provided at all times support other departments in generating purchase orders as required, ensuring PO numbers are obtained, and paperwork and packing slips match orders when these are received and filed correctlyQualifications min 2 years of reception/administrator experience proficient in MS Office Suites experience with managing multiple phone lines (switchboard) able to troubleshoot and be tech-savvy experience using ERP system highly organized, excellent planning skills and detail-orientedSummaryAre you ready to gain and show off your experience as an Administrator?
