JSW One Platforms Limited HR Manager at JSWOne Platforms JSW One Platforms Limited runs a B2B and a B2C e-commerce platform for facilitation of sale of steel, cement and paint and for delivery of construction services to customers, and is looking for 2 legal resources to join its Mumbai (Kalina) office. JSW One is looking for talented and motivated legal associates to support its rapidly evolving business operations, with a zeal for learning and growth. As a part of the legal team, the associates will be required to take on intellectually challenging, diverse and fast-paced work. Notice period more than 1 month, pls don't apply.Scope of work: As a part of the legal and compliance team, the key areas responsibilities will be: Drafting, reviewing, organising, executing and filing a broad range of commercial contracts and business-related documentation, including master service agreements, vendor agreements, distributor agreements, brand partnership agreements, construction agreements, recruitment agreements, works contracts, NDAs, statement of work, etc.Constant communication and discussions with internal teams and clients (across multiple jurisdictions).Researching on the compliance-related requirements for e-commerce entities.Providing advice to internal stakeholders on contractual positions and policies.Support with standardisation of contracts, templates, operating procedures.Contract management for multiple businesses.Collaboration with internal and external teams.Providing advisory assistance on general corporate matters. Negotiation with clients (across multiple jurisdictions) and inter-and intra-company communication with business teams.Reviewing and negotiating contracts for business lines including marketplace, technology, logistics, SAAS and other business contracts.Assessing risk under contracts and proposing appropriate mitigationsAssistance with dispute resolution relating to commercial contractsSkill sets Lawyer with LLB / LLM from a reputed college in India and prior experience of 1-4 years in corporate and commercial laws.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong analytical, organizational and computer skills.Willingness to review a wide range of documents, agreements and compliance requirements.Willingness to join in-person in the Company's office in Kalina.Consistently punctual, professional and reliable.Strong team spirit.
