DescriptionWe are looking to add a dedicated Global Travel & Expense Manager to join our team! This will be a highly visible role in a fast-paced, high growth green tech company.Job DescriptionThe Global Travel & Expense Manager will serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications regarding the Travel & Expense programs and reimbursements.Position Responsibilities Include Manage the day to day operations of the Travel & Expense Programs including user access, training, process documentation and website management Ensure optimum customer service to associates in resolving various issues related to travel arrangements, system and expense reporting issues Audit worldwide expense reports, enforce company Travel & Entertainment policy and make an independent judgment on approval/denial of submitted expenses through expense management systems Prepare month end journal entries to record processed expense reports and accrue unprocessed expense reports Provide ad-hoc management reporting on travel & expense; report on key metrics and conformance to standards and policies Manage the day to day operations of the Corporate Card Programs including new card issuance and policy complianceJob Requirements Minimum of 5 years working experience and minimum of 3 year working experience in a travel & expense management role Concur & Expensify expense system experience preferred Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing spend associated with Travel & Expenses Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to communicate effectively with varying levels throughout the organization Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams Strong customer orientationEducational Qualifications Commerce Graduate with excellent academic track record MBA in Finance or Operations (preferred Show more Show less Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting
