Design and implement online/offline interaction activities to promote brand social media platforms and brand awareness.Track, evaluate and report on the performance of digital media platform operations, and analyze data to optimize future operations.Brand Communication ProjectsSupport and work with team leader on other public relations or brand communication projects, including but not limited to the development of brand audit, crisis management, etc.Media RelationsReach out and maintain media relations with traditional and external media outlets and promote RSP via traditional media.
