_strong__u_The Facilities Supervisor's Job Description_br /__br /__/u__/strong_The Facilities Supervisor performs responsible supervisory work involving the assignment and direct supervision of custodial employees in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of buildings, offices, Training rooms, furnishings, and equipment as well as building entrances and exterior walkways. The Facilities Supervisor is also responsible for training new employees in proper custodial procedures for the use of manually operated tools, electrically-powered machines, cleaning compounds, solvents, and chemicals._br /__br /_Direct supervision of facilities employees in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of the following:_br /__ul__li_Offices_/li__li_Furniture_/li__li_Equipment_/li__li_Building Entrance_/li__li_Walkway_/li__li_Lunchroom_/li__li_Bathroom_/li__li_Production floor_/li__li_Training rooms_/li__li_Assignment of chores to each custodian_/li__li_v Conduct scheduled and random spot checks_/li__li_Signing log sheet after all tasks are completed_/li__li_Inspect areas to ensure cleanliness and satisfaction_/li__li_Training new employees in proper custodial procedures for the use of chemicals_/li__li_Ensure all paperwork for the M.O.H. are always to date_/li__li_Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner_/li__li_Ensure all team members are adhering to company rules and regulations_/li__li_Weekly touchpoint/ overview of concerns and work progress_/li__li_Weekly inventory audits_/li__/ul_
