Reporting into the Director of Recruiting, this role will also be responsible for supporting recruiting strategies and people-related initiatives within the company._br /__br /__strong_As Recruitment Manager, You Will…._br /__/strong__ul__li_Lead and manage Recruiting Teams while developing effective recruiting practices for volume recruiting_/li__li_Provide recruiting support for management and other departments, ensuring global recruiting strategies are implemented_/li__li_Assist hiring managers with interviewing and selecting candidates for the right corporate culture and role fit_/li__li_Support and help implement people-related change initiatives and recruiting deliverables_/li__li_Support the development of strategic online recruiting presence – ex.
