The main function of this role is to represent the brand values while providing solutions and guidance to new and loyal customers. Meal Prep Advisors support customers’ kitchen and subscription needs through telephone, email, and live chat interactions._p__br /__/p__strong__u_Responsibilities_/u__/strong__p__br /__/p__strong_Duties and Responsibilities:_/strong__p__br /__/p__ul__li_Act as our customers’ primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions_/li__li_Contribute to our world-class customer service by devising creative solutions and offering clear guidance to our customers_/li__li_Think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen the relationship with customers_/li__li_Assist customers in managing their subscriptions_/li__li_Recognize customers’ mealtime needs and present solutions that include upselling the products and services_/li__li_Develop rapport with our customers in all interactions; offer solutions – not excuses _/li__li_Identify potential improvements and recommend them to CC leadership; support change initiatives _/li__li_Consistently meet quality and utilization expectations _/li__/ul__p__br /__/p__strong__u_Qualifications_/u__/strong__p__br /__/p__strong_Required Skills and Abilities:_/strong__p__br /__/p__ul__li_Demonstrates a strong customer orientation._/li__li_Takes ownership to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied and promises are kept. _/li__li_Expert in delivering effective solutions_/li__li_Engaging and personable; capable of bringing out the positive in any situation_/li__li_A “Foodie”- fanatical about food! _/li__li_A strong written and verbal communicator _/li__li_Excellent listening and speaking skills_/li__li_Language – fluent spoken and written communication (Conversational)_/li__li_Ability to handle 3 or more concurrent chats_/li__li_Positive and team-oriented_/li__li_Must be able to exhibit patience_/li__li_Must be able to Multi-task_/li__li_Ability to de-escalate issues_/li__li_Good Problem-Solving Skills_/li__li_Good Comprehension and Reasoning Ability_/li__li_Prior Experience handling Email/Chat and Voice is a plus_/li__li_Strong computer proficiency and tool navigation _/li__li_Must be able to type 35wpm with high accuracy_/li__/ul__p__br /__/p__strong__u_Job Requirements_/u__/strong__p__br /__/p__ul__li_Must pass ibex internal assessments._/li__li_Previous Chat Experience_/li__/ul__p__br /__/p__strong__u_Preferred Qualifications_/u__/strong__p__br /__/p__ul__li_3 CXC passes or equivalent qualification is preferred, or a combination of experience and related skills._/li__/ul__p__br /__/p__strong__u_Internal Assessments_/u__/strong__p__br /__/p__ul__li_PC Basics Test_/li__li_Typing Test_/li__li_Versant Language Test_/li__li_Behavioral Interviews_/li__/ul_
