The Clients’ Business Relationship Independence process area performs tasks to assess the permissibility of business relationships in accordance with the SEC and AICPA independence rules. The KJESS resource will assist the Business Relationships team within the Client’s Independence Group with various activities related to the Client’s business relationships with third parties. Business relationships include alliances, prime/subcontractor relationship, supplier/vendor relationship as well as marketing and sponsorship activities and other business relationships._/p__p__br /__/p__p__br /__/p__p__strong_JOB RESPONSIBILITIES_/strong__/p__p__strong_Service Delivery_/strong__/p__p__br /__/p__p_● Assist with password resets for all users/reactivation of deactivated Single Sign On Accounts._/p__p_● System assistance for sponsors, Business Relationships team, and third parties:_/p__p_- Retracting and reissuing tasks_/p__p_- Manual triggering reviews if required_/p__p_- Troubleshoot standard errors submitting forms_/p__p_- Turn off dunning emails to certain teams/individuals_/p__p_● Reporting on chronic pain points within Appian by all users so we can better assess and correct issues with the Appian design/implementation team._/p__p_● Collaborate across the team by participating in the open exchange of information._/p__p_● Work under the direction of the KPMG US Business Relationships Independence team to complete assigned tasks and activities._/p__p_● Assist with ad hoc business relationships projects, as needed._/p__p__strong_EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE_/strong__/p__p__br /__/p__p_· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or a related field from an accredited educational institution._/p__p_· Minimum of three (3) years of work experience; working independently and with team members, assessing and handling competing priorities while participating in diverse initiatives under tight timelines, with guidance from supervisors_/p__p_· Organizational skills with keen attention to details and documentation standards; ability to multi-task and seek assistance from supervisors with prioritizing work to meet deadlines_/p__p_· Adept with database technology; proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel._/p_
