This role will be accountable and responsible for the definition of the accounting requirements of the new billing system, the subsequent testing and then managing the change management and cutover including training in this accounting._br /__br /__strong__u_Main Duties And Responsibilities_br /__/u__/strong__ul__li_Provision and testing of accounting requirements for billing with the billing system team_/li__li_Transition from the existing accounting treatments to the new accounting treatments as part of the system implementation_/li__li_Accountable with the software vendor for defining the system accounting requirements _/li__li_Accountable with the FDM & Reporting teams for the design of the end to end accounting treatments for billing system transactions_br /__/li__/ul__strong__u_Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience_br /__/u__/strong__ul__li_In-depth knowledge and experience of Telecoms billing processes & systems_/li__li_In-depth knowledge and experience of Telecoms billing accounting events_/li__li_In depth understanding of Finance billing related processes_/li__li_Experience of systems and process change implementations in a Telecoms environment_/li__li_ACCA qualified (or equivalent)_br /__/li__/ul__strong__u_Functional Skills And Abilities_br /__/u__/strong__ul__li_Strong communication and organizational skills_/li__li_Experience in the specification of system and process requirements_/li__li_Experience in the specification of test scenarios and scripts for systems implementations_br /__/li__/ul__strong__u_Disclaimer_br /__br /__/u__/strong_This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
