He/she will also assist with various administrative and clerical duties in a high volume, fast pace environment._br /__br /__strong_Duties & Responsibilities_br /__br /__/strong_Liaise with external partners via telephone and email to ensure successful and timely completion of pre-employment processes such as; reference checks and police record (finger printing)_br /__br /_Assist with new hire onboarding sessions_br /__br /_Support the team in ensuring completion of various onboarding tasks_br /__br /_Liaise with Human Resources and other departments when required during the recruiting and onboarding process_br /__br /_Assist with the maintenance of the Application Tracking System_br /__br /_Other duties as assigned_br /__br /__strong_Skills & Competencies_br /__br /__/strong_Minimum five (5) CXC subjects (English Language mandatory)_br /__br /_Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint_br /__br /_Good written and verbal communication skills_br /__br /_Willingness to learn_br /__br /_Ability to deal with internal and external customers in a professional manner_br /__br /_Exhibits good judgment and initiative_br /__br /_Good time management skills and goal oriented_br /__br /_Fast learner, good organization and problem solving skills_br /__br /__strong_To learn more, visit us _/strong_ _strong_Here_/strong_ _strong_. _br /__br /__/strong_Interviews will take place after resumes have been screened for minimum requirements.
