· Recruit Financial Advisors from rural areas (Villages) and develop them to generate continuous leads. · Shall be responsible for quality sourcing of Financial Advisors (Not employees of SLIC) and Leads. · Regular and continuous Prospect/Lead generation for Business conversion · Developing and training team of Consultants / Financial Advisors · Plan distribution strategy and create a presence for the channel through a network in the market. · Monitoring systems & process for smooth achievement of allocated monthly, quarterly and annual district targets. · Monitoring of business with regular analysis and enhance the recruitment and Lead quality · Regularly Travel and visits branches across the state. · Responsible for individual & Team targets. · Coordination with other support departments for processing of business from end to end. |
